Dave’s House was built from 2008-2009. It’s located on the road that goes directly to the east coast of Cozumel Island! This way it’s only a 15 minute drive to get to the first beach bar “Mezcalitos” and only a 5 minute drive to get to downtown San Miguel. In case there is a day you should not feel like shopping, or driving around the island but being afraid to loose a precious day of your vacation…NO PROBLEM!!!

Dave’s House is set up so you will actually love to stay home. Refresh yourself in the pool, have a nap in one of the hammocks, just chill out in the shade and let the day go by. For the extreme sun worshipers there is a huge sun deck on the roof with no chance for the neighbors to have a peek. All the trees and plants give Dave’s House a jungle look with the comfort of an outside shower/restroom, a big bar with a fridge (…you just have to fill it!!!), barbecue grill and enough space to park your scooter inside the locked gate. Want to send e-mails to friends and family who had to stay back home? Of course you have free access to Wi-Fi internet…even if you are in the pool.
The Apartments have two queen size beds (4) and a sleeping couch (+2). Air conditioned with a small kitchen (fridge/coffee machine), satellite TV in English, bathroom with a shower, hot water and a safe. To make it a really relaxing or exciting stay I can give you inside tips of the island. Things you cannot book in any agency!!! I am looking forward to welcome you at My House,
